Se Comunica a las familias integrantes de la Asociación Luís Valle Goicochea, conformadas por las siguientes:

- Famita Rodríguez.
- Familia Negrón.
- Familia Jugo.
- Familia Cueva.
- Familia Valle.
Que en acuerdo de junta directiva, teniendo en cuenta que se cumple el periodo de la actual junta directiva y siendo necesaria la renovación de la misma, se acordó CONVOCAR a asamblea general de socios y elección de presidente para el día 02 de Diciembre del presente, la misma que se iniciará a las 12.00 m y terminará a las 4.00 p.m., en nuestro local Campestre La Soledad.
Con tal motivo les hacemos saber que solamente se elegirá al PRESIDENTE, entre los candidatos propuestos por los asambleístas; el nuevo presidente tendrá la potestad de conformar sus integrantes para el periodo 2,008-2009.
Así mismo el acuerdo es que cada familia presente su lista de votantes, teniendo en cuenta que estos serán estrictamente los familiares directos de las familias integrantes, mayores de edad y portando su respectivo DNI. El jurado Electoral tendrá la potestad de verificar este requisito.
La modalidad de votación será secreta y en cédula de votación.
El jurado Electoral, estará conformado por las siguientes personas:
- Segundo Carbajal Honores.- Presidente.
- Luís Valle Cisneros.- Secretario.
- Luís Demetrio Vásquez Santos.- Vocal.
Para ese día, se ha mandado preparar comida criolla a precios módicos.
